The Project and The Organization

Ceres is the archetypal Goddess of all living things, of the harvest and of abundance. She stands atop the State Capital Building of the State of Vermont.

People may join at any time and and may attend sessions even if they are not presently members. Our intent is to provide materials, products, services and programs that support everyone in the network.

Our intention is to evolve a grassroots initiative to collaboratively explore and transform the way we are presently living and learning for the purpose of creating more harmony and intimacy in all our relationships. These relationships express themselves socially, economically, ecologically and spiritually.

A dedicated, heart centered, wise and creative group of volunteers have responded to our community's call for a way to move toward wholeness. We have developed a vehicle for evolving a renaissance of peaceful, creative, healthy, heartfelt, joyful, wise, cooperative, sustainable and loving community throughout the State of Vermont and beyond. This vehicle is the Ceres Project.

We have begun attracting and supporting this network of individuals and organizations into circles within each and every town, city, village in every county throughout the whole state of Vermont. Picture, if you will, a "State of Vermont Circle" that is then linked to similar circles, fractal like, for each of our fourteen counties, which are in turn linked to circles within each village, town or city within each county.

This linking provides a social organizing system through which effective and efficient sharing of information, support, resources, products and programs may be realized.

People who have already expressed interest in personal growth and in sustainable communities, will be invited to attend circle gatherings where the Ceres Project will be introduced and experienced.

When there is a "yes" from a person they will be invited to join the Ceres Community Network and to attend a one-day workshop where the Ceres Model and the seven principles can be experienced in more depth.
